Message	The earlier Q45 differential (90-96 I think) IS the same as the TT R230 diff, but that is not what you want for a bolt-in swap. You want the 97-01 Q45 diff. This one is a R200 style just like the Z32 NA diff but with a 3.69 ratio. 90% bolt-in, just swap the u-joint flange.
